Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Refund Policy

We are eager to satisfy our customers with the payment policies. If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from Ellora Teccorp Pvt Ltd, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and unused. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund process within 7 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. If the order has already been shipped, the customer will need to return the product for a refund or exchange.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund for the product.
